Also, in attendance was Ms. Cheryl King. Not in attendance were Mrs. Connie Stauter and Gina Prestridge. <br />Mr. Collins called the meeting to order in open session at 5:33 p.m. <br />Dr. Ross Williams made,the motion to approve minutes from prior meeting and was seconded by Dr. Eric Salzman. Motion carried, <br />6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mr. Collins made the motion to have Mrs. Gina Prestridge to re -write section 4:2 of the inter -local agreement to match the exact by- <br />laws wording and present to the Commissioner's Court and City of Paris to approve. 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Ms. King advised that the board that the board meetings scheduled for January and February of 2019 will be held on the third <br />Tuesday of both months due to holidays and the office being closed on the 31d Monday of both months. <br />Ms. King advised that the annual drive thru flu clinic was a success and all 300 flu shots were given within the first 90 minutes. <br />Ms. King advised the board on the following monthly report(s): <br />• October reports — <br />o WIC served 1,180 clients and 108 drive thru clients <br />o Health Department served 1036 clinical clients <br />o Inspected 36 restaurants, 15 routine inspections, and 1 complaints <br />o Inspected 8 septic systems and 1 complaint, and <br />0 0 rabies cases were reported. <br />• Total liability and equity is approximately $1,385,000.. <br />The next regular meeting will be on or before December 17th, 2018, at 5:30 p.m. at the Paris -Lamar County Health District. <br />Business to be discussed and possibly action taken on at next meeting: nla <br />Mrs. Stallings made the motion and was seconded by Dr. Jay Carpenter for the meeting to be adjourned at 5:40 p.m. Motion <br />carried, 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Respectfully submitted by: <br />(f1wrV12.Jkn� <br />Approval motion made by Mrs. Stauter and seconded by Dr. White at the January 22nd, 2019 meeting. <br />Motion carried, 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />NOTE: Filed with City Clerk, City Annex and at Paris -Lamar County Health District. <br />m✓V ' mom1AA <br />d;� " <br />C . .o �l <br />
