deteriorating. Missing/deteriorated wood along front of roofline. Foundation <br />damage. Owner wants to repair structure. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Repair within 90 days or back to BSC. <br />Owner: <br />Stated property is childhood home of his wife. Has roof repair permit; during that <br />repair noticed damage to side of house and boarded that up. Would like 3 months <br />to complete repairs. <br />Discussion: <br />In 90 days, owner believes can get majority of repairs done. <br />Motion made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Mike Folmar to give owner 90 days <br />to complete repairs. Motion carried 4-1. Ken Kohls voted no, stating doubts <br />work can be completed in 90 days. <br />B. 47 12t1 SE; City Block 103-A, Lot 17' <br />Owner: Glenda Wise, 4235 Lakeshore Dr, Paris TX 75462 <br />Robert Talley stated no contact with property owner, but contact with attorney Mr. <br />Clem. Stated owner would like 90 days to repair structure. Hole in wrap-around <br />porch roof, bottom boards have fallen off. Also hole in roof inside house. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Repairs within 90 days or back to BSC. <br />Motion was made by Ben Vaughan, seconded by Matthew Allen to accept <br />Robert's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-1. Ken Kohls <br />voted no; doesn't believe repairs will be done. <br />C. 233 18t1 NW; Westview Addition Block A, Lot 4-B <br />Owner: William Cupit, 1305 Lamar Ave Ste D, Paris TX 75460 <br />This property will be rescheduled for the next BSC meeting. Property has been <br />sold. <br />D. 1831 Maple; Warren Addition Block 1, Lot 25 <br />Owner: Stacy Cunningham, 965 341h NW, Paris TX 75460 <br />Robert Talley stated no contact with owner. House in good shape. Broken <br />windows; unsecure. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Secure and repair windows within 30 days <br />or back to BSC. <br />Motion made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Ken Kohls to accept Robert's. <br />Motion carried unanimously. 5-0 <br />
