MINUTES OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />February 25, 2019 <br />The City Council of the City of Paris met for a regular session at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, <br />February 25, 2019, at the City Council Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman, Paris, Texas. <br />Present: Mayor: Steve Clifford <br />Council Members: Derrick Hughes; Renae Stone; Billy Trenado; Linda <br />Knox; Paula Portugal; and Clayton Pilgrim <br />City Staff: John Godwin, City Manager; Stephanie Harris, City <br />Attorney; Janice Ellis, City Clerk; Gene Anderson, <br />Finance Director; Bob Hundley, Police Chief, <br />Thomas McMonagle; Assistant Fire, Chief, -Carla <br />Easton, City Engineer; Priscilla McAnally, Library <br />Director;, Kent Klinkerman, EMS Director; Doug <br />Harris, Utilities Director; and Clyde Crews; Fire <br />Marshal <br />Opening Agenda <br />} <br />1. Call meeting to order. <br />Mayor Clifford called the meeting to�order at 5:30 p.m. <br />2. Invocation. <br />Finance Director Gene Anderson gave the invocation. <br />3. Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Council Member Hughes led the pledge. <br />4. Citizens' Forum. <br />Carolyn Williams, 1205 W. Center Street — she said the city wanted to change the address <br />of her duplex and she had that same address for twenty-five years. Ms. Williams said there was <br />ongoing work on her street for the past three months, and the street signs and stops signs were <br />removed and never replaced. She also said cones were placed on 11h N.W. and had been there <br />for three months. <br />Consent Aenda <br />Mayor Clifford inquired of Council Members if they wished to pull any items from the <br />consent agenda for discussion. There being none, a Motion to approve the consent agenda was <br />
