<br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-062
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Jo Miesch, Rick Powell, Michael Rhodes,
<br />William Cupit, Ed Ellis, Patsy Daniels, F. I. McClanahan and Flo Brunette, as members
<br />of the Historic Landmark Preservation Committee of the City of Paris, will expire on June
<br />30, 1995; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, does hereby
<br />recommend the reappointments of Jo Miesch, as a member of the board of directors of a
<br />local financial institution, Rick Powell, as a nursery or landscape interest, Michael Rhodes,
<br />as a member of the Visitors and Convention Council of the Chamber of Commerce of
<br />Lamar County, William Cupit, as a realtor, Ed Ellis, as a member of the Lamar County
<br />Bar Association, Patsy Daniels, as a member of the Lamar County Genealogical Society,
<br />F. I. McClanahan, as a member-at-large, and Flo Brunette, as a member-at-large, for
<br />terms of two (2) years, beginning July 1, 1995, and ending June 30, 1997; NOW,
<br />THEREFORE,

<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that
<br />Jo Miesch, as a member of the board of directors of a local financial institution, Rick
<br />Powell, as a nursery or landscape interest, Michael Rhodes, as a member of the Visitors
<br />and Convention Council of the Chamber of Commerce of Lamar County, William Cupit,
<br />as a realtor, Ed Ellis, as a member of the Lamar County Bar Association, Patsy Daniels,
<br />as a member of the Lamar County Genealogical Society, F. I. McClanahan, as a member-
<br />at-large, and Flo Brunette, as a member-at-Iarge, be, and they are hereby, reappointed to
<br />serve as members of the Historic Landmark Preservation Committee of the City of Paris
<br />for terms of two (2) years, beginning July 1, 1995, and ending June 30, 1997.

<br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of June, 1995.
