MINUTES OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />February 25, 2019 <br />The City Council of the City of Paris met for a regular session at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, <br />February 25, 2019, at the City Council Chamber, 107 E. Call meeting to order. <br />Mayor Clifford called the meeting td order at 5:30,p,.m. <br />2. Invocation. <br />Finance Director Gene Anderson gave the invocation. <br />3. Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Council Member Hughes led the pledge. <br />4. Citizens' Forum. <br />Carolyn Williams, 1205 W. Center Street — she said the city wanted to change the address <br />of her duplex and she had that same address for twenty-five years. Ms. Williams said there was <br />ongoing work on her street for the past three months, and the street signs and stops signs were <br />removed and never replaced. She also said cones were placed on 11th N.W. and had been there <br />for three months. <br />Consent A enda <br />Mayor Clifford inquired of Council Members if they wished to pull any items from the <br />consent agenda for discussion. There being none, a Motion to approve the consent agenda was <br />
