Robert Talley stated no contact with owner. Front door is ajar, but won't open <br />due to house sinking and pressure from roof sagging. Siding curling up from <br />foundation sinking. Roof in back beginning to collapse. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days, <br />or city has right to do so. <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Ben Vaughan to accept <br />Robert's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0. <br />4. Code Enforcement update. <br />Will mail out code enforcement spreadsheet asked for in last meeting. <br />Bonham St. property; have reached owner. Planning to complete demo this week. <br />260 S Main is going to tax sale first of April. <br />Using residential buildings for storage allowed? Yes, unless it's a fire hazard. <br />5.
