Conduct a public hearing, discuss and act on an Ordinance considering the petition of the <br />Jason Vickers on behalf of Janet and Timothy Grammer for a change in zoning from a <br />Central Area District (CA) to a Central Area District (CA) with a Specific Use Permit <br />(SUP) for a tattoo studio, in the City of Paris, Block 14, Lots 3-4, being located at 118 <br />Lamar Avenue. <br />12. Conduct a public hearing, discuss and act on an Ordinance considering the petition of the <br />Adam Bolton for a change in zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a Multiple - <br />Family Dwelling District (MF -2), in the Newberry Addition CB 167, Block A, Lot 1, <br />being located at 2805 S.E. 3rd Street. (WITHDRAWN) <br />13. Receive presentation from Main Street Advisory Board about completed improvements <br />downtown and a 2019 plan of work. <br />14. Discuss and possibly act on a resolution readopting guidelines and criteria for the <br />residential tax abatement agreement program. <br />15. Discuss rehabilitation and replacement of the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and provide <br />direction to staff. <br />16. Discuss process for annual evaluations of city employees reporting directly to council. <br />17. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government <br />Code, (1) to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, <br />discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employees, as follows: <br />• Annual evaluation of the municipal judge; <br />• Annual evaluation of the city attorney. <br />18. Reconvene into Open Session and possibly take action on those matters discussed in <br />Executive Session. <br />19. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to <br />Resolution No. 2004-081. <br />20.
