That all provisions of the ordinances of the City of Paris, Texas in conflict <br />with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed, and all other provisions of the <br />ordinances of the Cit�y of Paris not in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall <br />Section S.
