RESOLUTION NO. 94-089 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has received a request for water and service to the area along the west side of North Collegiate Drive, bounded on the south by East Price Street, and on the North by East Cherry Street, which could be best served by a pro rata water extension beginning at an existing ten inch water main at East Price Street running northerly along the west boundary line of North Collegiate Drive to an existing eight inch water main at Cherry Street, containing approximately 1,050 linear feet of P.V.C. water main line; and, WHEREAS, it would be right and proper to have a public hearing concerning the same at the regular council meeting on August 4, 1994, at which time the City Council will determine whether or not the pro rata project should be approved and constructed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that a public hearing be held by and before the City Council of the City of Paris in regular session convened on the 4th day of August, 1994, at 6:00 o'clock P.M., in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 135 1st Street S.E., Paris, Lamar County, Texas, at which time the matter of a water main pro rata extension from East Price Street to East Cherry Street along the west side of North Collegiate Drive will be considered.
