<br />4. J&L will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment <br /> <br />because of race, religion, color, sex or national origin. J&L will take affirmative action <br /> <br />to insure that applicants are employed and that employees are treated during employment <br /> <br />without regard to their race, religion, color, sex or national origin. Such action shall <br /> <br />include, but is not limited to the following: employment; upgrading; demotion or transfer; <br /> <br /> <br />recruitment or recruitment advertising; layoff; termination; rates of payor other forms of <br /> <br /> <br />compensation; and selection for training, including apprenticeship. J&L agrees to post, <br /> <br /> <br />in conspicuous places available to employees and applicants for employment, notices <br /> <br /> <br />setting forth the requirements of these non-discrimination provisions. <br /> <br />5. J&L must provide insurance as required in the bid documents, certificates <br /> <br />of which shall be filed with the City Clerk of the City of Paris. <br /> <br />6.
