<br />ADDITIONAL MAINTENANCE SHALL INCLUDE: <br /> <br />Strip and wax all hard surfaced areas every 6 months. <br /> <br />Clean out ceiling light fixtures once per month. <br /> <br />Interior of all windows shall be cleaned once per month. <br /> <br />Replace bu=ed oU-;.,.light bulbs as needed. <br /> <br />The City of Paris will provide all paper supplies, sanitizers, <br />plastic trash bags, soaps and window cleaner. All other supplies <br />will be provided by the contractor including but not limited.to' <br />vacuum cleaners, buffers, stripping chemicals and any other <br />supplies needed that are not mentioned above. All employees of the <br />Contractor. when doing maintenance work under this contract must <br />wear shoes, long pants and shirts at all times. Maintenance will <br />be worked Monday through Friday after 5:00 P.M., except for the <br />weekly, monthly, and additional maintenance listed. This can be <br />accomplished on week-ends if necessary. The Contractor will be <br />responsible for Workman's Compensation and insurance for persons <br />under this employment contract. <br /> <br />Once a contract is signed, a check for the amount of the contract <br />will be sent to the Contractor by the 10th day of the month. <br /> <br />B-2 <br />
