During that time, <br />new roof has been installed with permit. No other permits pulled. Boarded up <br />in areas to secure. Has been sold, new owner agrees needs <br />demo. Want to pull some wood, windows, and doors before demo. Robert Talley gave <br />them 60 days. <br />5.
