No one came forward and the Citizens' <br />Input was closed. <br />Discuss and ossibl a grove Minutes of the A aril 16 2019 Monthl Meetin. <br />Mr. Manning asked if everyone had read the April 16, 2019, minutes. Dr. Hashmi made a motion to <br />approve the minutes as written. Mr. Hamill seconded the motion. Vote was 5 -ayes to 0 -nays. <br />Discuss and possibly approve April 2019 Financials. <br />Mr. Hernandez stated the expenses shown on the Cash Out sheet looked normal. Mr. Paris pointed out the <br />expenses listed under New Projects - American SpiralWeld. The first, $5,000.00 for A.W. Clem was legal <br />
