101 <br />Fair Housing Policy <br />In accordance with Fair Housing Act, the City of Paris hereby adopts the following policy <br />with respect to the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing: <br />1. The City of Paris agrees to affirmatively further fair housing choice for all seven <br />protected classes (race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, and national <br />origin). <br />2. The City of Paris agrees to plan at least one activity during the contract term to <br />affirmatively further fair housing. <br />3.
