<br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-103 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Paris, acting through its Library, is desirous of continuing <br />participation in the Northeast Texas Library System; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy for lay representative to the Northeast Texas <br />Library System due to the resignation of THOMAS SEA Y, and it is necessary to appoint <br />his successor, and the Library Advisory Board recommends the appointment of KEITT <br />WOOD to fill the unexpired term of THOMAS SEA Y, which ends August 31, 1995, and <br />has submitted the name of such person to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that <br />KEITT WOOD, be, and she is hereby, appointed as lay representative to the Northeast <br />Texas Library System to fill the unexpired term of THOMAS SEA Y, which ends August <br />31, 1995. <br /> <br />PASSED AND AOOPfED this 8th day of August, 1994. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Eri'~~~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mattie Cunningham, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />
