<br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-097
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did, heretofore, on the 13th day of
<br />June, 1994, pass Resolution No. 94-075, which said Resolution was incorrect and requires
<br />correction; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that
<br />Resolution No. 94-075, be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows:
<br />
<br />"WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did, heretofore, authorize the
<br />preparation of plans and specifications for a project of construction for the Water Treatment
<br />Plant Expansion; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, such plans and specifications have been prepared by Bucher, Willis &
<br />Ratliff, with the title being given thereto of "WATER TREATMENT PLANT EXPANSION
<br />92WSRB03-92" Project, which plans and specifications are recommended for approval by the
<br />City Engineer of the City of Paris; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, such plans and specifications should be approved and such project should
<br />be authorized for advertisement for bids; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the
<br />plans and specifications for the "WATER TREATMENT PLANT EXPANSION 92WSRB03-92"
<br />Project be, and the same are hereby, approved; and,
<br />
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such construction project be advertised for bids
<br />to be received after due notice at the office of the City Manager of the City of Paris, City Hall,
<br />135 1st Street S.E., Paris, Texas 75460, until 3:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday, August 23, 1994,
<br />at which time said bids will be opened in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 135 1st Street
<br />S.E., Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and bids will be tabulated and presented to the City Council
<br />on the 12th day of September, 1994, for the purpose of letting such bid."
