Paris Public Library Advisory Board <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 15, 2019 <br />Opening: <br />The regular meeting of the Paris Public Library Advisory Board was called to order at 4:05 p.m. by Chairwoman Carol <br />James. <br />Present: <br />Board members present were Carol James, Christina Schock, Ashley Lassiter, Marilyn Threadgill, Rebecca Umphrey, <br />Connie Dodd and Denise Kornegay. Director Priscilla McAnally was also present. <br />• Approval of Minutes: <br />The minutes of the April 17, 2019 meeting were unanimously approved. <br />• New Business: <br />Priscilla presented a suggestion to change the meeting time. Discussion was held, but it was decided to <br />keep the time the same. <br />• Old Business: <br />None <br />• Presentations: <br />• Budget Report was presented for review with no comments. <br />• Statistical Report was presented with no comments. <br />• Friends of the Library: <br />No report <br />• Director's Remarks: <br />Director reported that the Clerk 1 position had been filled. <br />The next meeting will be June 19, 2019 at 4:OOpm. <br />Adjournment: Meeting was adjourned at 4:25 p.m. <br />Submitted by <br />Ashley Lassiter, Secretary <br />
