<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />93-078 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has been <br />asked to nominate a candidate for membership on the Board of <br />Directors for the Lamar County Tax Appraisal District filling <br />the unexpired term of Billy Joe Burnett, which vacancy was <br />created by his untimely death on the 23rd day of June, 1993; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of nominating <br />Wayne Brown; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that the City of Paris hereby nominates Wayne Brown to <br />fill the unexpired term of Billy Joe Burnett to serve as a <br />member of the Board of Directors for the Tax Appraisal <br />District of Lamar County; and, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Mattie Cunningham, City <br />Clerk, is hereby directed to timely deliver a copy of this <br />Resultion to the Lamar County Tax Appraisal District. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 29th day of July, 1993. <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~\~ <br />Matrre Cunningham, City er <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br /> <br />T.
