Item No. 10 <br />memorandum <br />TO: Mayor & City Council <br />John Godwin, City Manager <br />FROM: Carla Easton, PE, City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: TYLER'S PIZZERIA ADDITION - FINAL PLAT <br />DATE: July 12, 2019 <br />BACKGROUND: Tyler -Mac Realty of Texas, Inc. owns a 2.791 acre property located at 3610 <br />N Main St on US 271 North, formerly operating as Bodacious BBQ. The owner is proposing to <br />remodel the existing building to be a pizza restaurant. The property is currently zoned <br />Commercial. <br />STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a final plat of the property. Water is available to <br />the site along US 271 N. Sewer service can be accommodated by private force main along US <br />271 N, which is to remain privately maintained by the owner. It appears that the final plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations, and it was approved by the Planning & <br />Zoning Commission on July 1, 2019. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat. <br />
