<br />RESOLUTION 93-100 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did <br />heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and <br />specifications for a project of construction for a Booster <br />Pump Station at 7th Street N.W. north of Center Street; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such <br />prepared by Hayter <br />given thereto of <br />92WSRBOl-93", which <br />for approval by the <br /> <br />plans and spec if icat ions have been <br />Engineering, Inc., with the title being <br />"Booster Pump Station Project No. <br />plans and specifications are recommended <br />City Engineer of the City of Paris; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such plans and speci ficat ions should be <br />approved and such project should be advertised for bids; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />that the plans and specifications for the "Booster Pump <br />Station Project No. 92WSRBOl-93" are hereby approved; and, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such "Booster Pump Station <br />Project No. 92WSRBOl-93" project should be advertised for <br />bids to be received after due notice at the office of the <br />City Manager of the City of Paris, City Hall, 135 1st Street <br />S.E., Paris, Texas 75460, until 3:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday, <br />November 23, 1993, at which time said bids will be opened in <br />the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 135 1st Street S.E., <br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and bids will be tabulated and <br />presented to the City Council on the 13th day of December, <br />1993, for the purpose of letting such bid. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 11th day of October, 1993. <br /> <br />~~or <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Mattie Cunningham, <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVED AS T FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />City Attorney <br />
