RESOLUTION NO. 93-089 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris heretofore in Resolution No. 1924 approve the execution Lease Agreement with F. Andrew Fasken, Harley Wagnon and Alto Corporation, dated August 1, 1979; and, WHEREAS, said Lease Agreement was partitioned and partially assigned on January 20, 1981, which resulted in F. Andrew Fasken and Harley Wagnon being assigned the North hangar space accessible from the east, and the office space adjacent thereto, being in the Northwest corner of the hangar building, and Rich Brock being assigned the Center hangar space accessible from the west, and Loma Alto Corporation being assigned the South hangar space accessible from the east, and the adjacent storage area lying in the Southwest corner of the hangar building; and, did of a Loma WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore in Resolution No. 91-055 approve the execution of Addendum No. One to said Lease Agreement elevating the insurance requirements of the same; and, WHEREAS, the F. Andrew Fasken and Harley Wagnon portion of the Lease Agreement was assigned on April 16, 1993, to Billy W. Winters and Donna J. Winters; and, WHEREAS, Billy W. Winters and Donna J. Winters have requested an extension of said Lease Agreement for an additional five (5) years with a five (5) year option in addition to the extension; and, WHEREAS such extension and option would be accomplished by an addendum No. Two attached hereto as Exhibit A, the form of which should be approved; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that Addendum No. Two to Lease Agreement with F. Andrew Fasken, Harley Wagnon and Loma Alto Corporation, dated August 1, 1979, which grants a five (5) year extension with a five (5) year option to Billy W. Winters and Donna J. Winters, assignees of F. Andrew Fasken and Tom Wagnon, devisee of Harley Wagnon, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto, is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris Addendum No. Two to Lease Agreement with F. Andrew Fasken, Harley Wagnon and Loma Alto Corporation, dated August I, 1979, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto. Passed and adopted this 13th day of September, 1993. ~-~~ Ge ge isher. Mayor
