Units of local government should submit the entire apolication to the respective <br />Regional Council. (See pages 17-20, CJD Financial & Administrative Requirements, Section 1.) <br />Applications from Regional Councils are exempt from review. <br /> <br />17. . Self-explanatory. Must be completed. <br /> <br />18. Enter infonnation as requested. The person named as "Authori:ted Official" must be the same authori:ted <br />official named on page CJD.1S who is empowered to apply for. accept, reject, or cancel grants (Lf.. <br />executive director of a state agency, county judge, mayor, city manager, or manager designee [if <br />authoriz.ed by governing body], chair/president of the board [of nonprofit organizations only], university <br />chancellor, etC.) When such authority has been delegated to another person/position, attach a copy of <br />the document by which such delegation was made.
