Include only that percentage of time paid by this grant or eligible <br />cash match funds. <br /> <br />Positions budgeted for less than 25 percent of time (I.e" less than 10 hours per week) may not be included. <br /> <br />Overtime (stated in gross amount) for grant-funded positions is allowable only when in accordance with <br />applicant's formal policy on overtime pay, and only if grant-funded positions and non-grant-funded positions are <br />governed by the same policy. <br /> <br />Enter monthly or annual percentage rate or flat monthly rate per person for each fringe benefit listed. <br /> <br />Schedule B (Pal!e CJD.6l <br /> <br />Comply with instroctions on page 00-6. <br /> <br />Include all professional personal scrvices/conS\lltant contracts. <br />Do not include services/products such as rent; telephones; eq\lipment; janitorial; vehicle lease; printing; copier <br />lease; eq\lipment maintenllll(:e; temporary-agency employees, etc. <br /> <br />Where grant projects. in whole or in part, will be operated by a third party under contract to the grantee, all costs <br />payable to that contractor should be summarized in Schedule B and should be supported by detailed informatin.: <br />(of the contractor's expenses) comparable to the detail and form solicited in Schedules A, B, C, 0, F, and G. <br />Those Schedules, A, B. C, 0, F, and G, which are applicable may be used to present the required detailed <br />information or plain paper typewritten pages representing the same degree of detail may be used. If the indirect <br />costs (Schedule G) that are allowable for the grant will be paid to the contractOr. those costs must be included <br />in the contract shown in Schedule Ii, and are subject to the required matching ratio for the {rant. <br /> <br />SdIedule C (Plll1es ('.1D-7 and 8l <br /> <br />Comply with instructions on pages 00-7 and 8. <br /> <br />Local travel includes the area in which the project operates. <br /> <br />Under Local Travel briefly describe the purpose(s) of such travel. <br /> <br />Use page 00-8 to thoroughly explain/justify "In-State Travel" and "Out-of-State Travel" and to describe the <br />applicant's travel policy. <br /> <br />Registration fees, typically associated with travel, should be included in Schedule F, not in Schedule C. <br /> <br />62 <br />
