<br />p=,cs the intent and effect of that ponion and the remainder of this Agreement to l~ greatest

<br />portion of this Agreement will not affeclthe effectiveness, enfOrceability, validity or legality of

<br />Section 18. REPLACEMENT OF AUTHORIZED REPRESENTAm'ES.

<br />City may repi<u a.'y or all of its Authorized Representatives at any time or from time
<br />to lime by delivering to TU Electric a wri!".e.~ notice specifying: (a) the name of the new
<br />Authorized Representative; (0) if heJshe is not an employee of Licensee, his/her emplo)'CT and
<br />its relationship to Licensee; (e) his!her title; (d) hislber business address; (e) his/her business
<br />leIephone number; (I) the name of the AUtllOrized Re?=tl.tive he/she is replacing; and (g) the
<br />dale when the change becomes effective, Unless other~ise specified in the notice, the new
<br />Authoriz:d Representative \loill have the salile authority as the Authorized Re:pr-..sentative he/s.lJe
<br />replaces. Upon good cause shown by TU Electric, Licc."cc will increase or decrease the'

<br />Ag=me:lt unless th:u writing is e:tpres.sly idemified as a modificatiOn with specific TC!=ce
