No one came forward and the Citizens' <br />Input was closed. <br />Discuss and ossibl a rove Minutes of the Julw 23 2019 MonthlN Meetin g. <br />Mr. Hernandez asked if the Board read over the minutes. Ms. Bills made a motion to approve the July 23, 2019 <br />minutes. Mr. Pankaj seconded the motion. Vote was 3 -ayes to 0 -nays. <br />Discuss and ..)ossibly aa grove July 2019 Financials, <br />Mr. Pankaj stated that the Hayter Engineering was for rail surveying. The medical insurance had two months <br />paid in July. Under Marketing & Promotion, dues for the NBAA (National Business Aviation Association) <br />were paid for continuing to market the airport. Mr. Paris stated that the travel expenses for Capital One <br />consisted of a Washington, DC trip; a Tulsa, OK trip and Select USA. Mr. Pankaj pointed out there were <br />expenses for a Business After Hours that the PEDC held. The total expenses for July came to $55,971.40. Our <br />
