RESOLUTION NO. 93-021 WHEREAS, heretofore in September 24, materials for received until and, the City Council of the City of Paris, did Ordinance No, 92-043, at a special meeting on 1992, approve the purchase of labor and servicing City of Paris vehicles. Bids were 3:00 o'clock P,M" Tuesday, February 9, 1993; WHEREAS, the best bid Mr. Goodlube, by its owner, Paris, Texas 75460, and it providing such service; and, for such service was made by Jack Duncan, 662 Bonham Street, should be awarded the bid for WHEREAS, the form of contract is attached hereto as Exhibit A, approved; NOW, THER~FORE, for providing such service and such form should be BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the bid of Mr, Goodlube by its owner, Jack Duncan, for furnishing of labor and materials and performing all work required for servicing City of Paris vehicles is hereby accepted and let, conditioned upon said contractor meeting all of the terms and specifications included in the bid documents; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the City of Par is, George Fisher, be, and he is hereby author ized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the contract for furnishing of labor and materials and performing all work required for servicing City of Paris vehicles, upon the terms and conditions and in the form shown in Exhibit A attached hereto, with Jack Duncan, dba Mr. Goodlube, Passed and adopted this 15th day of February, 1993, ~s/~ ATTEST: ~~~~~~~ Mattie unningham, Ci er APPROVED ~~O FORM:
