Discussion: Front door locked and closed. No evidence of people going in. Motion made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Mike Folmar to accept Robert Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 5-0 D. 1009 8" NE; Pickard Addition Block 3, Lot 1-A Owner: Johnnie Mae Crussel, 2135 Cleveland, Paris TX 75460 Robert Talley stated spoke with owner. Agrees needs to be demoed; is getting estimates. Tree growing onto/through roof, pulling off covering. Roof collapsed in back. Foundation problems. Evidence inside roof leaking. Hole in roof. House is now vacant. Unsecure. Back of house beginning to collapse. Evidence of water damage inside. Junk and rubbish inside; people going into house and pulling things into the yard. Old shed on property falling in as well. Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days, or city has right to do so.
