<br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING AN ELECTION TO BE HELD ON THE
<br />FIRST SATURDAY IN MAY, 1993, SAME BEING THE 1ST DAY OF MAY,
<br />1993, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00 O'CLOCK A,M, AND 7:00 O'CLOCK
<br />P,M., BY THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF DISTRICTS 4, 5 AND 7 OF THE
<br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, WITH ABSENTEE VOTING FOR THE
<br />SAME BEING CONDUCTED IN THE CITY HALL ANNEX WEST, FROM THE
<br />12TH DAY OF APRIL, 1993, THROUGH THE 27TH OF APRIL, 1993,
<br />MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00 O'CLOCK A.M.
<br />AND 5:00 O'CLOCK P,M" FOR THE PURPOSE OF ELECTING THE
<br />COUNCILMEN FROM EACH OF SAID DISTRICTS TO SERVE AS MEMBERS OF
<br />THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE ENSUING TWO YEARS,
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PARIS:
<br />
<br />Section 1. That an election be held by the qualified
<br />voters of Districts 4, 5 and 7 of the City of Paris, Paris,
<br />Texas, on the first Saturday in May, 1993, same being the 1st
<br />day of May, 1993, between the hours of 7:00 o'clock A,M, and
<br />7:00 o'clock P,M" for the purpose of electing three (3)
<br />member s of the Ci ty Counc i 1 of the City of Par is for two
<br />year terms, as follows:
<br />
<br />One Councilman from District Four (4)
<br />One Councilman from District Five (5)
<br />One Councilman from District Seven (7)
<br />
<br />as provided in Paragraphs 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 of Order entered
<br />March IS, 1976, in Civil Action No. P-7S-3-CA, in the
<br />District Court of the United States for the Eastern District
<br />of Texas, Paris Division, and as provided in the Charter of
<br />the City of Paris and the laws of the State of Texas wherein
<br />they do not conflict with said Order.

<br />Section 2. That the polling places and election
<br />officials of such election shall be as follows:
