<br />of 51.0 feet to the Principal Point of Beginning:

<br />chord length of 129.40 feet, a total distance of

<br />said point being approximately 37.99 feet east of the

<br />a chord length of 68.46 feet, a total distance of
<br />68.74 feet to a point, said point being in the west
