Motion made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Ben Vaughan to accept Robert <br />Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 5-0 <br />C. 373 5th NW; City Block 53, Lot 11 <br />Owner: Mrs. Dorrell Stell, 2943 Intrepid Elm St, Houston TX 77084 <br />Robert Talley stated no contact with owner. Unsecure front and back. <br />Siding/wood missing and falling off outside. Evidence inside of roof leaking. <br />Sheetrock busted up inside. Flooring inside separating from joists and missing in <br />areas. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days, or <br />city has right to do so. <br />Discussion: <br />Will be secured if complaints of people going into property. <br />Also includes demo of garage. <br />Motion made by Ben Vaughan, seconded by Ken Kohls to accept Robert <br />Talley's recommendation.
