Ray Ball moved for approval of minutes, Anna Spencer seconded. Motion passed 6-0 <br />4. Discuss and take action on delinquent hangar rentals. <br />Ray Ball confirmed there were two that fell into the category of past due for 60 days, and that is <br />when delinquent notices were sent out. Carla Easton said there were a couple that fell into the <br />90 day range. Scott Avery said delinquent notices needed to be sent on those too. <br />Scott Avery moved back to citizens input. <br />5. Receive manager's report, including update on new leases. <br />Carla Easton said there was nothing new to report. <br />6. Receive FBO report. <br />7. Discuss and take action on non-compliance of lease agreements (requested by Scott Heama <br />WON 110 111111111 <br />8. Receive presentation from Carla Easton about the budget and RAMP Plan (requested by Ray <br />Ball) <br />Carla Easton reviewed the ten-year RAMP plan with the board. She said for airport <br />maintenance, TxDOT would match up to 50,000 per year. She provided them with a list of <br />qualifying and non -qualifying items. Ms. Easton said for the next 3 years they had identified <br />what the;y intend to spend on pr ; <br />oJects. Jim Bell said this Ie# in the ri <br />it was better than it had been in the last several years when they have asked for information. <br />Mr. Bell said they were now getting information. Carla Easton said Lance had worked the <br />RAMP plan and that is why they were seemv chanaes at the airoort that thev had not see -i iv the <br />T IT T7T <br />TM7ff r T, 7777��, If Ta j couta get up 77 <br />$100,000 a year for big projects. She said hangars would qualify for that. She said they could <br />not use money on a fuel farm because that was income producing, Jim Bell said Lance was <br />working well with the airport and the board, and then he disappeared but he was glad he was <br />back. Mr. Bell said he like to continue to extend the taxiway. <br />Scott Avery said he wants to put on an annual calendar where they talk about the master plan, <br />execution of plan and budgeting process. <br />
