We will install PTF Cumulative Packages <br />no more often than once each three-month period within a Contract Period. <br /> <br />SystemXtra Satisfaction Guarantee for AS/400 <br /> <br />If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the SystemXtra Service we provide for your Machine, and you <br />notify us within one month, we will refund the monthly charge for that Machine's affected Service. <br /> <br />The SystemXtra Satisfaction Guarantee applies to SystemXtra Technical Service Center and Program Upgrade Installa- <br />tion Services options. <br /> <br />For annually billed service, the equivalent monthly charge will be refunded (i.e., one-twelfth of the annual charge of the <br />Machine's affected Service). <br /> <br />3 For a Machine with a DSLO license to be eligible ror TSC Support. the Machine must also be eligible ror a Focal Point discount. <br /> <br />Z125-4296-09 02/92 <br /> <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
