We will install Severity 1 or Severity 2 PTFs as often as necessary. We will install PTF Cumulative Packages <br />no more than once each twelve-month period within a Contract Period. <br /> <br />4 For a Machine with a DSLO license to be eligible for TSC Support, the Machine must also be eligible for a Focal Point discount. <br />TSC Support will include answering questions on a best effort basis for non.current releases of Eligible System Programs. <br /> <br />S Support is provided from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central time zone.
