<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />92-050 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there exists a yacancy on the membership of <br />the Visitors and Convention Council of the Chamber of <br />Commerce of Lamar County, due to the ineligibility of E. W. <br />(Bill) Booth, and it is necessary to appoint his successor, <br />and the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher, having <br />appointed Jim Bell to serve the unexpired term of E. W. <br />(Bill) Booth, which ends December 31, 1993, and has <br />submitted the name of such person to the City Council of the <br />City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: That the appointment of Jim Bell, as a member of the <br />Visitors and Convention Council of the Chamber of Commerce <br />of Lamar County, to serve the unexpired term of E. W.
