<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />92-046 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of <br />the Paris Hospital Authority due to the resignation of <br />Rondie Williams, and it is necessary to appoint his <br />successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, George <br />Fisher, having appointed Louis Yates, Jr., to serye the <br />unexpired term of Rondie Williams, which ends June 30, 1993, <br />and has submitted the name of such person to the City <br />Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: that the appointment of Louis Yates, Jr., as a <br />member of the Paris Hospital Authority to serve the <br />unexpired term of Rondie Williams, which ends June 30, 1993, <br />is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby approved <br />and confirmed. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 8th day of June, 1992. <br /> <br />~ ;/~~~ <br /> <br />orge isher, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Cunningham, <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />i~ <br />:// . ~~ <br />L-T. ~Hayn ,City Attorney <br />
