RESOLUTION NO. 92-044 WHEREAS, there ex is ts vacanc ies on the member ship of the Building Commission of the City of Paris since Bill Boothe, representing Southwestern Bell Telephone, has retired, and it is necessary to appoint his successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher, having appointed Anita Meyer, representing Southwestern Bell Telephone, to serve until her successor is appointed and has submitted the name of such person to the City Council of the City of Paris; and, WHEREAS, there ex is ts a vacancy on the member sh ip of the Building Commission due to the resignation of Wayne Brown, and it is necessary to appoint his successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher, having appointed Richard Hunt to serve the unexpired term of Wayne Brown, which expires December 31, 1993; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: that the appointment of Anita Meyer as a member of the Building Commission of the City of Paris, to serve until her successor is appointed, is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby approved and confirmed. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the appointment of Richard Hunt as a member of the Building Commission to serve the unexpired term of Wayne Brown, which ends December 31, 1993, is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby approved and conf i rmed.
