Street and Santa Fe Street from which.point a 5/8 inch iron rod found bears S 570':"11'-15" W a distance of 6.13 feet. THENCE N 690-54'-37" E with the north line of said City parcel, being the south line of the Right of Way for Santa Fe Street a distance of 76.52 feet to the Northeast corner of said city parcel, from which point a 5/8 inch iron rod bears S 770-54'-00" W a distance of 3.86 feet, said point being in the west line of a parcel of land deeded to Cecil Ray Smith as recorded in Volume 566 Page 745 (DRLCT); THENCE, S 0000'-00" W with the line common to said City parcel and said Smith parcel and continue S 00-00'-00' W in all a distance of 83.42 feet to the southeast corner of said City parcel from which point a 5/8" iron rod found bears N 270-58'-07" W a distance of 2.27 feet; THENCE N 900-00'-00" W with the south line of said City parcel a distance of 71.86 feet to a point on the east line of a 40 foot Right of Way for 2nd N.E. Street, from which point a 5/8" iron rod bears N 810-32'-07" W a distance of 3.70 feet; THENCE N 00-00'00' E with the west line of said city parcel, being the east line of said 2nd Street right - a distance of 57.14 feet to the Point of Beginning and c9ntaining 5050 square feet of land.
