Street; . THENCE: S 900-00'~00" W with the south line of Lot 2 a distance of 66.56 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 2 being in the east line of the old Right of Way for Santa Fe Gulf Coast Railroad, from which point a railroad rail bears S 190-46'-14" E a distance of 13.48 feet; THENCE: N 190-46'-14" W with the west line of said Lot 2 being the east line of said Railroad Right of Way a distance of 59.51 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 2 being the southwest corner of Lot 1 Block 3 of said Hull Addition as deeded to Willie Mae Lyon as recorded in Volume 335, Page 551 (DRLCT); THENCE: N 190-00'00" E with the line common to said Lot 2 and Lot 1 a distance of 86.69 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 2 being the southeast corner of Lot 1 and being in the west line of said 5th N.E. Street Right of Way; THENCE: S 00-00'-00" W with the east line of Lot 2 being the west line of said Right of Way a distance of 56.00 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 4291 square feet of land.
