Abstract No. 778, as shown on the attached Exhibit nAn, and being more particularly described as follows: The Point of Beginning is a found 3/8" iron being the southwest corner of the parcel herein described, being in the east line of a Right of Way for Main Street and being the northwest corner of a parcel as deeded to Paul Shonebarger as recorded in Volume 117, Page 119, (DRLCT); Thence: N 00-12'-43" W with the west line of said City parcel, being the east line of said Main Street Right of Way, a distance of 36.00 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set, being on the intersection of the south line of the Right of Way for Santa Fe Street; Thence: N 820-29'-46" E with the north line of said City parcel, being the south line of said Santa Fe Street Right of Way a distance of 212.72 feet to a 3/4" iron pipe found, being in the west line of the Right of Way for 1st N.E. Street; Thence: S 000-30'-44" W with the east line of said City parcel, being the west line of said 1st N.E. street Right of Way a distance of 63.06 feet to a set 1/2" rod, said point being the northeast corner of said Shonebarger parcel; Thence: S 890-47'-17" W with the south line of said City parcel, being the north line of said Shonebarger parcel passing at a . distance of 85.14 feet a set 1/2" iron rod in all a distance of 211.00 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 10451 square feet of land.
