Street; Thence: N 00-30'-44" E with the west line of said Ladell parcel . being the east line of said 1st Street Right of Way a distance of 72.32 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set on the south Right of Way of Santa Fe Street; Thence: N 700-01'-11" E with the north line of said Ladell parcel being the south line of said street Right of Way, a distance of 43.51 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set.
