Street, from which point a metal fence post bears N 770-44'04" E a distance of 2.38 feet; Thence: S 00-00'00" E with the east line of the parcel herein described, being the west line of said 2nd Street Right of Way a distance of 40.01 feet from which point a metal fence post bears N 710-32'-09" E a distance of 2.67 feet; Thence: S 880-48'-36" W with the south line of the parcel herein described a distance of 64.29 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 2798 square feet of land.
