<br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-030 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did <br />heretofore in Resolution No. 88-073 approve the execution of <br />hay and pasture lease agreement with Kyle Clement; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did on <br />February 12, 1990, approve the execution of an Assignment of <br />said pasture lease from Kyle Clement to Jim Coplin and Kelly <br />Coplin; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the current lessees haye <br />terms of the Pasture Lease Agreement, <br />agreement should be terminated and should <br />bids; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />not fulfilled the <br />and said lease <br />be advertised for <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />That the Pasture Lease Agreement between the City of Paris <br />and Jim Coplin and Kelly Coplin is hereby terminated; and, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such Pasture Lease should <br />be advertised for bids to be received after due notice and <br />thereafter returned to City Hall for opening, at 3:00 o'clock <br />P.M. on Tuesday, May 5, 1992, and should be presented to the <br />City Council on the 11th day of May, 1992, for the purpose of <br />letting such bid. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 13th day of April, 1992. <br /> <br />71~sht* <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~ ~ ~} <br />~"...
