Box 13087, Capitol station <br />Austin, Texas 78711-3087 <br />Telephone (512) 463-7732 <br /> <br />ClASSES OF ctKl'.LuCA'l'ES <br />The Texas Water Corrnnission issues the following classes of certificates of <br />carrpetency: <br /> <br />(=llection system) <br /> <br />Class Valid for Fee <br />A 8 years $160.00 <br />B 5 years $100.00 <br />C 3 years $ 60.00 <br />D . 2 years. $ 40.00 <br />II :J years $ 60.00 <br />I 2 years $ 40.00 <br /> <br />(wastewater treabnent plant) <br /> <br />Fees are assessed prior to issuance of certificate. Applicants will be notified <br />. by mail when the fee is due. <br /> <br />APPLICATICNS FUR ctKl'll.LCA'l'ES <br />Application shall be made on a standard application fonn which will be available <br />at the designated test sites on the day of the test. The application must be <br />=npleted in full, with attached sheets as necessary, signed, dated, and <br />submitted with the examination answer sheet. For those obtaining pre-approval <br />to take the Class A examination or for those applying for a certificate by <br />reciprocity from another state, applications are available from commission <br />offices. <br /> <br />MINIJoIlM OOALITICATICN REOOIREMENffi <br /> Tra' , <br />Education ExPerience 3 ~0 <br /> Class A <br />College Degree (Master's)2 with 4 yrs. (2) and 100 hrs. <br /> Class C <br />High School Graduate/G.E.D. with 2 yrs. (1) and 60 hrs. <br /> Class D 1 <br />High School Graduate/G.E.D. with no and 20 hrs. <br />OR less than High School Graduate with no and 40 hrs. <br /> Class II <br />High School Graduate/G.E.D. with 2 yrs.
