Reconvene into Open Session and possibly take action on those matters discussed in <br />Executive Session. <br />Mayor Clifford and PEDC Board Chair Hernandez reconvened the City Council and the <br />PEDC Board into open session at 6:20 p.m. <br />A motion to offer the company, Project Rainwater Falls, an incentive package as <br />discussed in the executive session with the changes that were discussed, and to send it to the City <br />Council for formal approval was made by Board Member Hashmi. Board Member Pankaj <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried, 5 ayes — 0 nays. <br />A motion to approve the incentive packed as described by Board Member Hashmi was <br />made by Mayor Clifford and seconded by Council Member Portugal. Motion carried, 5 ayes — 0 <br />nays. <br />4. Adjournment. <br />There being no further business, a Motion to adjourn was made by Board Member <br />Hashmi and was seconded by Council Member Pilgrim and Board Member Pankaj.
