<br />INTERLOCAL GOVERNMENTAL AGREENENT FOR SECURITY SERVICE <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF PARIS AND <br />THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PARIS <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR <br /> <br />~ <br />~ <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />THAT, the CITY OF PARIS, Paris, Texas, a municipal <br />corporation, acting by and through its Mayor, George Fisher, <br />duly authorized, hereinafter called CITY and the HOUSING <br />AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PARIS, a public housing authority, <br />acting by and through its Executive Director, Tony Rios, <br />hereinafter called PHA, do hereby contract and agree as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. CITY covenants and agrees that it will furnish <br /> <br />security service in addition to ordinary police patrol <br />service currently furnished to PHA to consist of two (2) <br />police patrol privates with personal communication packs, and <br />one fully equipped and marked police patrol unit for two <br /> <br />thousand sixteen (2,016) hours for the first annual period. <br />Hours to be scheduled weekly as agreed by the chief, Paris <br />Police Department and the Executive Director of the Housing <br />Authority of the City of Paris, and schedule may be amended <br />upon agreement of the parties hereto. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
