RESOLUTION NO. 92-004 WHEREAS, heretofore in September 26, mater ials for received until and, the City Council of the City of Ordinance No. 91-047, at a special 1991, approve the purchase of servicing City of Paris vehicles. 3:00 o'clock P.M., Tuesday, January Paris, did meeting on labor and Bids were 28, 1992; WHEREAS, the best bid for such service was made by John Griffith dba Griffith's Quik E-Z Lube, 300 Pine Bluff Street, Paris, Texas 75460, and it should be awarded the bid for providing such service; and, WHEREAS, the form of contract is attached hereto as Exhibit A, approved; NOW, THEREFORE, for providing such service and such form should be BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the bid of John Griffith dba Griffith's Quik E-Z Lube, for furnishing of labor and materials and performing all work required for servicing City of Paris vehicles is hereby accepted and let, conditioned upon said contractor meeting all of the terms and specifications included in the bid documents; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the contract for furnishing of labor and materials and performing all work required for servicing City of Paris vehicles, upon the terms and conditions and in the form shown in Exhibit A attached hereto, with John Griffith dba Griffith's Quik E-Z Lube.
