Dr. Hashmi made the motion, Mr. <br />Pankaj seconded the motion. Motion passed 5-0. <br />3. Action on J Skinner was tabled. <br />4. Motion to approve offer of incentives to Project Rainwater Falls with the addition of a $500,000 incentive <br />towards rail development. Dr. Hashmi made the motion, Mr. Pankaj seconded the motion.
