HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PARIS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING <br />100 GEORGE WRIGHT HOMES <br />MINUTES -OF September 1 7, 2019 <br />Present at the Meeting: <br />Gary Savage Chairman of the Board of Commissioners <br />Dewayne Dangerfield Commissioner of the Board of Commissioners <br />Shatara Moore — Commissioner of the Board of Commissioners <br />Bonnie Bilinsky — Commissioner of the Board of Commissioners <br />T. K. Haynes — Vice Chairman of the Board of Commissioners <br />Sally Ruthart — Executive Director <br />Kim Snow — Housing Inspector <br />Patricia Pridemore — Program Manager <br />1. Meeting Called to order at 12:31 pm on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 by Chairman of the <br />Board of Commissioners, Gary Savage. <br />2. Having all five Board Members present, a quorum, Mr. Savage thanked and welcomed <br />everyone to the meeting. <br />a. Election of Chairman and Vice Chairman: Nomination by Mr. Haynes for Mr. <br />Savage to remain Chairman. Nomination by Mr. Dangerfield for Mr. Haynes to <br />remain Vice Chairman. A Second was made by Ms. Bilinsky for Mr. Savage and <br />Mr. Haynes to remain as Chairman and Vice Chairman. Passed 5-0. <br />3. Citizens' Forum Opened and closed with no one present to speak. <br />4. Minutes from the August 20, 2019 Meeting <br />Minutes were approved with a motion made by Mr. Haynes and seconded by Mr. Dangerfield. <br />Passed 5-0. <br />5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: NONE <br />6. NEW BUSINESS: <br />a. Occupancy Report on Public Housing and Section 8 was given to the Board <br />b. Financial Report was discussed and reported to the Board with bank statements and graphs for <br />PH and Section 8. <br />c. Ms. Ruthart reported to the Board that the HUD/REAC Inspection was done on August 21, <br />2019 and that the PHA still has no score. <br />d. Ms. Ruthart reported that the Off -Duty Officers are patrolling the George Wright Complex on <br />Friday and Saturday nights. She also reported that Chief Tuttle has been a huge help in this <br />process. Mr. Savage requested that the PHA get reports from the officers as they patrol. <br />7. RESOLUTIONS: <br />2019-004 Fair Market Rents Motion made by Mr. Haynes and seconded by Mr. <br />Savage. Motion passed 5-0. <br />8. No further business or questions, a motion for adjournment was made by Mr. Dangerfield and <br />seconded by Ms. Moore. Motion passed 5-0. The meeting was adjourned at 1:06 pm. <br />
