<br />GENERAL WARRANTY DEED <br /> <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />KNOW ALL I1EN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />That the CITY OF PARIS Bcting by and through its Mayor, <br /> <br />George Fisher, duly authorized, of the County of Lamar, State <br /> <br />of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and <br /> <br />No/IOO Dollars ($10.00) cash, and other good and valuable <br /> <br />consideration, to us in hand paid by B. J. McCARLEY and wife, <br /> <br />FLORENCE McCARLEY the receipt and sufficiency of which is <br /> <br />hereby acknowledged; have Granted, Sold and Conveyed, and by <br /> <br />these presents do Grant, Sell and Convey unto the said B. J. <br /> <br />McCARLEY and wife, FLORENCE McCARLEY of the County of Lamar, <br /> <br />State of Texas, whose mailing address is 560 33rd Street <br /> <br />S.E., Paris, Texas 75460 all that certain tract or parcel of <br /> <br />land situated in Lamar County, Texas, and described as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City <br />of Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, a part of <br />the Joseph Leach Survey, and being Lot 4B, City Block <br />287, described in deed from J. L. Jopling and wife, <br />Mary Jopling to Weldon Moss, and E. J. Newberry, <br />Trustees for the United Pentecostal Church of Paris, <br />Texas, da ted May 10, 1971, in Volume 524, Page 754, <br />Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING in the Southwest corner of Lot 4B, City <br />Block 287; <br />THENCE North a distance of 51.67 feet along the <br />West Boundary Line of said lot to a point; <br />THENCE S 670 25' 13" E, a distance of 136.30 feet <br />to a point in the South Boundary Line of said lot; <br />THENCE N 890 42' 01" W, a distance of 125.85 feet <br />along the South Boundary Line of said lot to the Point <br />of Beginning and containing 3,251.6 square feet. <br />
