J. McCARLEY and wife, FLORENCE McCARLEY the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged; have Granted, Sold and Conveyed, and by these presents do Grant, Sell and Convey unto the said B. L. Jopling and wife, Mary Jopling to Weldon Moss, and E. J. Newberry, Trustees for the United Pentecostal Church of Paris, Texas, da ted May 10, 1971, in Volume 524, Page 754, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING in the Southwest corner of Lot 4B, City Block 287; THENCE North a distance of 51.67 feet along the West Boundary Line of said lot to a point; THENCE S 670 25' 13" E, a distance of 136.30 feet to a point in the South Boundary Line of said lot; THENCE N 890 42' 01" W, a distance of 125.85 feet along the South Boundary Line of said lot to the Point of Beginning and containing 3,251.6 square feet.
