Page 579. of the Deed Records of said County and State. <br />Beginning at an iron pin for corner at the Northeast corner of the W.H. Bourland <br />Survey #71 at an el corner of said Jones et a1 tract of land. <br />Thence along the Sou th Boundary li ne of sa i d Jones eta 1 tract of 1 and as fo 1- <br />lows:North 89 De9. 15 Min. East 644 ft.; South 89 Deg. 30 Min.
